Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders via phone and email.
• Building strong customer relationships by providing helpful, professional and timely service.
• Supporting our counter sales and regional sales teams to achieve their goals.
• Responding to customer enquiries and following up on complaints, product returns and outstanding issues.
• Coordinating with delivery drivers to track orders and keep customers informed.
• Completing general sales administration duties while maintaining accurate records and attention to detail.
