About the Role...

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our small but vibrant and energetic Aluminium Facade Systems team.

You will be responsible for:

Customer Service

• Processing customer orders received.
• Handling customer feedback in a professional manner; investigate, negotiate and respond in a timely manner
• Processing of customer payments
• Processing and follow-up of quotes relating to a sale
• Provide back-up support for any position within the team including with warehouse operations.
• Be proactive within the Sales team providing good support, morale, passion and a fun environment to work in

About You...

You will have:

• Experience working in a Customer Service Team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Effective Literacy and Numeracy skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Be prepared to assist with warehouse operations when needed
