Linktal Recruitment is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our client, a globally recognised heavy machinery brand, onsite in Australia. You will support delivery coordination, order processing and stakeholder communication, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely service.

The role requires strong organisational skills, front-line collaboration with Sales and Service teams, and a proactive approach to improving processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and administrative skills required.
• Experience in equipment hire, capital machinery or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate machine deliveries with Sales and Service teams.
• Manage delivery forecasts, reporting and pre-delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with suppliers and finance partners on equipment and funding.
• Oversee sales orders, invoices and purchasing documentation.
