Job summary

Daimler Trucks Adelaide is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our truck sales team from Regency Park. You will manage the build, preparation, and delivery process for new and stock trucks, ensuring on-time delivery and specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, truck, transport or equipment sales administration.
• Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, practical and willing to learn end-to-end truck build process.
• Strong systems and administration skills.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck builds from order to delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and body builders to meet timelines.
• Manage transport and delivery logistics between suppliers, dealerships and customers.
• Oversee pre-delivery inspections, demo units, and stock readiness.
• Maintain records in CRM and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations, order processing, delivery scheduling, and admin tasks.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting build/delivery timelines.
• Assist with stock audits and provide pipeline updates.
• Assist with movement of light and heavy commercial vehicles

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to manage the build, preparation, and delivery process for new and stock trucks — ensuring every customer receives their vehicle on time and to specification.

About The Role

• Coordinate truck builds from order confirmation through to delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and body builders to ensure builds meet timelines and specifications.
• Manage transport and delivery logistics between suppliers, dealerships, and customers.
• Oversee pre-delivery inspections (PDI), demo units, and stock vehicle readiness.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations, order processing, delivery scheduling, and general administration to support the sales team.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may impact build or delivery timelines.
• Assist with stock audits and provide regular pipeline updates to the team.
• Assist with movement of light and heavy commercial vehicles
