Job summary

Daimler Trucks Brisbane, part of the Velocity Truck Centres network, is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage build, preparation, and delivery for new and stock trucks. You will ensure on-time delivery and accurate specifications while supporting the sales team with orders and admin.

This role suits someone early in automotive or transport careers, eager to grow in truck sales and gain hands-on operations experience within Australia’s largest Daimler Truck dealership network.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, truck, transport or equipment sales administration.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck builds from order confirmation through to delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and body builders to meet timelines and specs.
• Manage transport and delivery logistics between suppliers, dealerships and customers.
• Oversee pre-delivery inspections (PDI), demo units and stock vehicle readiness.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tracking systems.
• Support the sales team with order processing, scheduling and admin.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting build or delivery timelines.
• Assist with stock audits and regular pipeline updates.
• Assist with movement of light and heavy commercial vehicles.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to manage the build, preparation, and delivery process for new and stock trucks — ensuring every customer receives their vehicle on time and to specification.

About The Role
