Job summary

Velocity Truck Centres is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Brisbane to manage the build, preparation and delivery of new and stock trucks, ensuring on-time delivery to specification. You'll coordinate builds, liaise with internal teams and suppliers, and support the sales team with administration.

Ideal candidates are early in their automotive career, with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, ready to learn the end-to-end truck build process and grow toward truck sales roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, truck, transport or equipment sales administration.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willing to learn the end-to-end truck build process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck builds from order confirmation to delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and body builders to meet timelines and specifications.
• Manage transport and delivery logistics between suppliers, dealerships and customers.
• Oversee pre-delivery inspections (PDI), demo units, and stock vehicle readiness.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tracking systems.
• Support the sales team with order processing, scheduling, and general administration.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may impact build or delivery timelines.
• Assist with stock audits and provide regular pipeline updates to the team.
• Assist with movement of light and heavy commercial vehicles.
