Compare Club is seeking a target-driven sales professional for an office-based role on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne. You’ll talk to warm leads who already want to compare energy options, guide them through plans, and close the deal in a lively, supportive environment.

The role offers full training, structured coaching, and the opportunity to advance into senior sales or team lead roles, with uncapped commissions and a real money-earning culture on a busy sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Confident on the phone and enjoys a challenge.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsabilités

• Call customers who inquired about saving on their utility bills.
• Understand needs and recommend the best plan or provider.
• Handle objections with confidence and close deals.
• Hit daily conversion and quality targets and celebrate wins.
• Learn from coaching, roleplays, and feedback sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Call customers who’ve enquired about saving on their utility bills
• Understand their needs and recommend the best plan or provider
• Handle objections with confidence (we’ll train you)
• Hit daily conversion and quality targets and celebrate your wins
• Learn from ongoing coaching, roleplays, and real feedback sessions

Who You Are

• You’ve gotat least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role(retail, call centre, charity, advertising. car sales — all great)
• Confident on the phoneand love a good challenge
• You get a buzz fromclosing dealsand beating your own targets
• Team playerwho wants to build a long-term career
• Available full-time, onsite— and thrive in a lively sales floor
