Compare Club in Melbourne’s St Kilda Road office is hiring for multiple full-time roles focused on warm lead generation. You’ll reach out to existing contacts, reconnect, and hand leads to our broker team, with no cold calling.

Mon–Fri work week with optional Saturday shifts and a base salary up to $65,000 plus super, plus uncapped commissions and quarterly reviews. Paid training and clear career progression pathways are offered, with a warm, supportive culture and a modern office close to

What the Role Looks Like

You’ll be joining a supportive, energetic Melbourne team focusing on high-quality, warm lead generation:

• Connect with Warm Leads: Call customers who have previously engaged with Compare Club and asked to be contacted.
• Build Trust & Qualify: Use active listening and communication skills to see how we can assist them today.
• Seamless Transfers: Pass qualified leads to our specialist brokers. You aren't closing complex deals - you are opening doors.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday standard business hours. Optional Saturday shifts are available if you want to boost your earnings, but they are never compulsory.
