Compare Club, based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive high-volume outbound activity in energy and utilities. You will build rapport, close high-quality leads, and benefit from warm leads, full training, and ongoing coaching in a fast-paced office environment.

You’ll join a team that values performance with quarterly salary reviews and a transparent uncapped commission structure.

Competenze

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you are the bridge between a customer’s need and the right solution. You will:

• Dial outbound calls to engage with customers who are actively seeking to reduce their utility costs.
• Conduct a needs-based analysis to recommend the most competitive plans and providers.
• Confidently handle objections by using your product knowledge and sales expertise
• Efficiently manage your daily call volume to meet targets/KPI’s, and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in coaching and feedback sessions to refine your skills.

About You

We value experience and a professional approach to sales. You will be a great fit if you have:

• Proven Sales Experience: At least 6-12 months in a target-driven environment (e.g., retail, call centre, real estate, or insurance).
• Strong Communication: A natural ability to handle objections with confidence and clarity.
• Numerical Literacy: You enjoy working with numbers and have the ability to accurately compare bills and data to identify the best value for your customers
• Resilience & Confidence: A natural ability to handle objections with ease.
• A Goal-Oriented Mindset: You are motivated by performance-based rewards and thrive when working toward clear KPIs.
• Reliability: You thrive in a collaborative, onsite office environment and are looking for a long-term career path.
