Qualifications

• 6–12 months in a target-driven environment (retail, call centre, real estate, or insurance)
• Ability to handle objections with confidence and clarity
• Comfort with numbers and comparing bills for customers

Responsibilities

• Dial outbound calls to engage customers seeking to reduce their utility costs
• Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend competitive plans
• Confidently handle objections using product knowledge and sales skills
• Manage daily call volume to meet targets and KPIs
• Participate in coaching and feedback sessions to improve skills
