Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, real estate, etc.)
• Able to build rapport and listen to customer needs
• Current driver’s license is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers in showroom and online
• Understanding needs and matching with right vehicle
• Demonstrating and presenting vehicles with confidence
• Managing enquiries (walk-in, phone, digital)
• Building genuine, long-term relationships
• Collaborating with Finance & Insurance team
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Delivering a standout customer experience from start to finish
