Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking an in-home sales consultant to join its Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe brands across Adelaide. You will leverage warm leads, provide high-level service, and grow a local customer base.

Applicants should have 2–5 years sales experience, a valid driver's licence, and strong communication. The role requires Saturday availability and IT proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail/showroom experience and sales ability.
• 2–5 years of sales experience and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home selling and service to customers.
• Follow up on hot sales leads from the national service centre.
• Grow your local customer base and manage customer relationships.
• Match products to customer needs and achieve KPIs.
• Record and configure specifications accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate ability to manage workflows.

The Ideal Candidate

• Valid driver's licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Retail and/or showroom experience
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed
• Capacity to work every second Saturday
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows-based programs
