Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking an in-home sales consultant to drive sales and service across NSW. You will leverage hot leads from our service centre, grow your local customer base, and confidently match our products to customers’ needs while ensuring precise specification measurements and KPI management.

The role requires a valid driver’s licence, retail/showroom experience, and a proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to work every second Saturday.

• 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Capacity to work every second Saturday.
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows-based programs.
