Job summary

Phil Gilbert Motor Group in Lidcombe is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our modern, well-equipped workshop. You will perform scheduled servicing, diagnostics, warranty and recall repairs, and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum 2 years post-trade experience, NSW driver licence, and dealership experience with Toyota/Hyundai/Kia advantageous; you will thrive in a fast-paced team and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years post-trade experience.
• Dealership experience highly regarded.
• Experience with Toyota, Hyundai or Kia or other volume brands advantageous.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.
• Reliable, team-focused attitude.
• Current NSW Driver Licence.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Performing scheduled servicing and general maintenance.
• Diagnostic and fault-finding work (based on experience).
