You will assess energy needs, recommend suitable solutions, and manage the customer journey from inquiry to close. Excellent communication and resilience are essential. Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role is highly desirable.
• Retail, hospitality, call centre or field sales experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' energy usage and requirements.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable renewable energy solutions.
• Prepare quotations and present product recommendations.
• Manage customer relationships from enquiry to project completion.
• Follow up with customers and close sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals.
• Support other business activities as required.
