Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU seeks an experienced Sales Consultant to build and strengthen long-term client relationships in New South Wales. You will work closely with senior leadership in business development and client engagement, supporting growth with a strong commission structure and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

• Min 4–5 years of outbound sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing, previous, and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for senior team members.
• Attend client meetings and provide professional sales support.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage sales pipelines effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
