You’ll respond to inquiries, welcome clients into the showroom, understand needs, prepare quotes, maintain CRM, and collaborate with design and delivery teams. A base salary plus uncapped commission and a supportive team culture are on offer.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries (phone, online, in person).
• Welcome clients into showroom and guide through display homes.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotes and support customers in decision-making.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with design, approvals and delivery teams.
• Manage your sales pipeline from enquiry to purchase.
