Eureka Furniture in North Lakes is seeking a casual Sales Consultant to join our friendly showroom team. You’ll connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them choose home styling pieces that bring their space to life.

This casual role operates on a 7-day roster, offering flexibility and real opportunities to hit sales KPIs. Prior retail experience and a passion for interiors will help you succeed in our growing family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Interest in home décor, interiors or design.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers decide.
• Sales-focused with KPI experience.
• At least 1 year in a similar retail sales role.
• Positive, results-driven attitude and willingness to learn.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and teammates.
• Experience with Pronto is a plus.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong sales results. You’ll engage customers, understand their style and needs, and help them bring their dream home to life — one great piece of furniture at a time.

This is a casual role across a 7-day roster, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility while still being serious about sales.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in home décor, interiors, or design
• Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions
• Is sales-focused, with experience achieving a range of KPIs
• Brings at least 1 years' experience in a similar retail sales role
• Has a positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn
• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and teammates
• Has experience with Pronto (highly regarded, but not essential)
