Regent Homes in Adelaide is seeking a New Home Consultant to welcome visitors to Display Homes, understand client needs and guide them from enquiry to contract. You’ll build relationships, showcase designs and help customers find the right solution.

Love sales, beautiful homes and the buzz of helping someone turn a dream into reality? As a New Home Consultant, you'll be one of the faces of Regent Homes. From welcoming someone into a Display Home for the first time to celebrating when they sign their contract, you'll build relationships, understand what your customers are looking for and help bring their vision to life. You will:

• Welcome prospective customers into Regent Homes Display Homes and create a fantastic first impression
• Build genuine relationships and understand each customer's needs, lifestyle and vision
• Showcase Regent Homes' designs and help customers find the right solution
• Manage the sales journey from initial enquiry through to contract signing
• Follow up leads and turn opportunities into sales
• Build a strong referral network with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers, land developers and other industry partners
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the Regent Homes brand
• Keep customer information and opportunities up to date in the system - Go High Level
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Make sure the Display Homes always look their best and are ready to impress.

About you

You're a confident, motivated salesperson who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building rapport and getting results.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• A proven sales track record, ideally within new homes, property or real estate
• A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• A customer-first approach - you want people to feel great about their experience
• The confidence and drive to take ownership of the full sales process
• Great organisation and attention to detail
• Professional presentation and communication
• The motivation to achieve targets - and enjoy the rewards that come with doing well!
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Be available to work as part of a rotating seven-day roster, including some weekends and public holidays.
