Job summary

Land of Plenty Food Co is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Administration Assistant in Sydney to manage orders, pricing, and data across our systems and retailer portals. You will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and help ensure accurate product information and listings.

You will work with ERP/order systems, maintain pricing, and support our retail range submissions while contributing to demand planning with accurate data.

Qualifications

• A couple of years in sales support or sales administration.
• Intermediate Excel with lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience entering orders in an ERP or order management system.
• Good written communication and accuracy under deadline.

Job description

This is the role that keeps the commercial side of the business running. You are the first person a customer speaks to, the person who gets their order into the system correctly, and the person who makes sure our pricing, range and category data is right everywhere it appears - on our own systems and on our retailers' portals.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer queries on orders, pricing, product and delivery
• Process sales orders from receipt through to confirmation, track them, and communicate delivery status
• Maintain pricing schedules and keep listings, SKUs and product information current across every online and retail portal
• Support the team with retail range submissions and new-line forms
• Compile sales and order data that drives demand planning

About you

• A couple of years in sales support, category assistant or sales administration - food or FMCG is ideal, but experience in any fast-moving environment is relevant
• Intermediate Excel: lookups, pivot tables, comfortable with a big data extract
• Experience entering orders in an ERP or order management system
• Genuinely good written communication - you will be running customer conversations on your own
• Accuracy under deadline, and the discipline to check your own work
• Australian work rights (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
• Experience with retail supplier portals such as Woolworths Partner Hub or the Coles supplier portal is a real advantage, as is any exposure to FlexiBake, Unleashed or Xero
