Job summary

Land of Plenty Food Co is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Administration Assistant in Sydney to manage orders, pricing, and data across our systems and retailer portals. You will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and help ensure accurate product information and listings.

You will work with ERP/order systems, maintain pricing, and support our retail range submissions while contributing to demand planning with accurate data.

Qualifications

• A couple of years in sales support or sales administration.
• Intermediate Excel with lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience entering orders in an ERP or order management system.
• Good written communication and accuracy under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries on orders, pricing, product and delivery.
• Process sales orders from receipt through to confirmation and track delivery.
• Maintain pricing schedules and keep listings and product info current across portals.
• Support retail range submissions and new-line forms.
• Compile sales and order data to drive demand planning.
