Job summary

Metricon Homes is seeking a Sales Support role to back New Home Advisors across multiple display locations in Queensland. You will gain an understanding of Metricon's sales process and help customers select designs and facades while building your sales career.

Weekend work is mandatory with travel between display locations. The role is a 6-month maximum term full-time position, with potential extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisors
• Work with land development sales offices and assist with house and land packages
• Work closely with New Home Advisors in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process
• Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon’s display centres and office sales
• Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
• Provide a top class Home Demonstration to customers
• Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
• Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
• Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process
• Liaise with customers for all sales queries.
