Retailworld Resourcing is hiring a Sales Associate for a prestigious luxury timepieces boutique in Sydney CBD. This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours per week, weekend availability, and the chance to represent exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design.
You will deliver outstanding service to VIP clients, manage client databases and after-sales enquiries, and develop deep product knowledge across premium watches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' retail sales experience.
- Interest in watches or willingness to learn technical product details.
- Excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.

An exciting opportunity awaits to join a prestigious timepiece boutique in Sydney CBD, representing exceptional craftsmanship, precision and timeless design.
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (38 hours per week)
- Availability: Monday-Sunday, including weekends, is essential
- Salary:$67,000 + 12% Superannuation + Commission
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance.
- Deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships with VIP clients, manage client databases, waitlists and after-sales enquiries.
- Develop strong product knowledge across premium timepieces.
- Minimum 2 years' retail sales experience.
