Job summary

Retailworld Resourcing is seeking an experienced Sales Associate for a prestigious Melbourne CBD boutique. You will deliver a premium boutique experience, build relationships with new and existing clients, and develop specialist knowledge of luxury timepieces through formal training.

You will own your sales performance, work toward targets, and support CRM, clienteling, events and merchandising while collaborating with the Boutique Manager and team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Luxury retail experience with high-end clientele is essential.
• Strong drive to achieve individual and team targets.
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in developing repeat and VIP business.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in watches or willingness to learn a technical product.
• Strong attention to detail and premium merchandising standards.
• Experience with luxury timepieces is highly desirable.

Your New Role

As a Sales Associate , you’ll deliver an exceptional boutique experience while building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

You’ll take ownership of your individual sales performance, working towards monthly and quarterly targets while identifying opportunities to build repeat business and long-term VIP relationships.

You’ll develop an in‑depth understanding of the brand’s collections, craftsmanship and technical product features through formal training and ongoing learning.

You’ll also support CRM and clienteling, boutique events and activations, merchandising, stock presentation and day‑to‑day boutique operations while working closely with the Boutique Manager and wider team.

This is a permanent full‑time position working 38 hours per week , with availability across Monday to Sunday essential .
