Job summary

Schindler Lifts Australia in NSW is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Service Sales team in Alexandria. You will build relationships with key client personnel, drive business development opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the EI Operations Manager, the role focuses on expanding portfolio growth, achieving targets, and acting as the liaison between customers and regional teams while ensuring compliance with procedures and behaviours.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and sales/business management skills.
• Experience in sales/business development / key account management.
• Previous experience as an Account Manager in Lift/HVAC/Fire/Security/Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing industries.
• Degree qualified in a technical or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel from client organisations.
• Manage existing customer relationships and maximise satisfaction.
• Drive portfolio growth, hit targets and resecuring existing accounts.
• Interface between the customer and regional areas to resolve issues.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our NSW Service Sales team based in Alexandria. Reporting to the EI Operations Manager, the main function of this role is to build customer relationships at an operational and management level to drive business development opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel from specific client organisations
• Management of existing customer relationships and maximising customer satisfaction
• Development of portfolio growth, achievement of set targets and resecuring existing customer accounts
• Act as the interface between the customer and regional areas to ensure resolution of any customer issues
• Ensure compliance to required procedures and behaviours

What we are looking for:

• Enthusiastic individual with strong leadership, sales/business management, communication and influencing skills.
• Degree qualified in an appropriate technical or business-related discipline.
• You will also possess experience in sales/business development / key account management experience
• Previous experience as an Account Manager within the Lift, HVAC, Fire, Security, Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing industries
