Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a motivated early-career professional to join the Primary Sales team in analytics, sales operations and commercial decision-making. You will work across pricing, reporting and market insights while learning end-to-end sales processes on the Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of analytics and reporting across Sales and Livestock functions.
• Prepare and review daily and fortnightly commercial reports.
• Support pricing activities for Northern and Southern regional teams.
• Analyse market trends and industry insights using AI and other technology tools.
• Provide real-time reporting and BI to support commercial decision-making.
• Assist in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of KGF products, customers, and market landscape.

KGF is seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual with an interest in analytics, sales operations and the agricultural industry to join our Primary Sales team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills while gaining exposure to pricing, market insights and sales operations.

Working as part of our Primary Sales team, you'll gain hands-on experience across commercial reporting, pricing, sales processes, customer engagement and industry analysis, while contributing to the achievement of KGF's business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Commercial Analytics

• Develop an understanding of analytics and reporting across the Sales and Livestock functions.
• Prepare and review daily and fortnightly commercial reports.
• Support pricing activities for Northern and Southern regional teams.
• Analyse market trends and industry insights using AI and other technology tools.
• Provide real-time reporting and business intelligence to support commercial decision-making.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased operational efficiency.
• Develop a foundational understanding of end-to-end sales and support processes.
• Assist with customer service, stock management, planning and logistics activities.
• Build an understanding of pricing structures and commercial drivers across different markets and customer segments.
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions and operational reviews.
• Develop knowledge of KGF's products, customers, competitors and broader market landscape.
• Deliver professional and responsive customer service that meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations and Livestock.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support business objectives and drive positive customer outcomes.
• Actively participate in team activities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
