Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a results-driven FMCG sales professional to lead the growth of the domestic retail channel in Australia. You will drive strategic initiatives to support top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability, working closely with customers and internal teams.

You will bring 5+ years in FMCG sales, account planning experience, strong negotiation, and the ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Experience in Account Planning.
• Proven ability to track data, evaluate performance and adjust strategy to meet sales goals.
• Understanding of pricing strategy principles.
• Strong negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Record of producing high-performing results.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for the Retail Channel through strategic customer development and channel expansion.
• Support and implement the Australian retail sales strategy for Kilcoy Global Foods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with customer needs and market opportunities.

Joining the Kilcoy Food Solutions team, you will play a key role in driving the development and growth of the domestic retail channel, executing strategic initiatives to support both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.

Your strategic objectives will be:

• To drive growth for the Retail Channel, through strategic customer development, product alignment, and channel expansion.
• Supporting and implementing the Australian retail sales strategy for the Food Solutions business.

ABOUT YOU

You will bring with you:

• 5 years + working within FMCG sales.
• Experience in Account Planning.
• Performance Optimization; how to track data, evaluate, and adjust performance, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
• Pricing Strategy principles.
• High level negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated experience producing high performing results.
