Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods, a multi-award-winning global foods solutions business, invites a Finance Analyst - Operations to join the team at Bells Creek, Queensland. You will partner with Operations and the broader Finance teams to drive performance, deliver timely reports, and support cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.

You should have advanced Excel skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a keen interest in building a career in finance. A related degree is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate operational and financial reports.
• Analyse production, labour, yield, waste and overhead variances.
• Identify root causes and work with Operations on corrective actions.
• Provide Cost of Conversion analysis and product costing.
• Support NPD and product performance decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Lead monthly cost centre reviews and explain key cost drivers.
• Support budget delivery, month-end close, planning and forecasting.
• Maintain strong plant accounting and financial controls.
• Support inventory, stocktakes, CapEx, POs and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and accurate master data.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated employee who is interested in an opportunity within the Finance Team as the Finance Analyst | Operations based at Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions, Bells Creek. You will partner with Operations and the broader Finance teams to drive performance and optimise costs. This is achieved via the provision of meaningful and timely reporting and analytics, cost and process management and supporting continuous improvement programmes.
