Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a senior Commercial Finance professional to partner with the business on financial strategy and decision-making. The role focuses on reporting, forecasting and costing across the organisation, with emphasis on driving profitable growth in a fast-moving FMCG environment on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

• 10+ years in Commercial Finance/Business Partnering.
• Experience in FMCG/Agri-business is preferred.

• Lead day-to-day operations to deliver financial objectives.

YOUR RESPONSILBITIES

You will:

• Lead and support day-to-day operations to deliver business and financial objectives.
• Partner with the business to shape commercial decisions and strategy.
• Drive profitable growth through clear analysis and actionable insights.
• Improve reporting and analytics across Finance and the wider business.
• Focus reporting on key performance drivers and actions.

• CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent).
• 10+ years' experience in Commercial Finance/Business Partnering role.
• Agri-business / FMCG experience preferable.
