Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and internal systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone calls and emails from customers.
• Process customer orders and provide quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist with stock control and inventory administration.
• Purchase office supplies and support general administration tasks.
• Support internal sales activities and customer enquiries.
• Update information using Excel and internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
