Job summary

Rosemount Turf is seeking a friendly, organized Casual Sales, Administration & Logistics Assistant to join our family-owned turf farm on the Sunshine Coast. In this varied role you will handle telephone sales, assist customers face-to-face, manage orders and coordinate truck deliveries using Monday.com, while helping keep the office and farm operations running smoothly.

Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with forklift training provided and the chance to learn across sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, administration or logistics.
• Confident communication skills and a friendly, helpful manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Experience with Xero is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Casual Sales, Administration & Logistics Assistant

Rosemount Turf | Rosemount, Sunshine Coast QLD

Rosemount Turf is a family-owned turf farm supplying quality turf to homeowners, landscapers and commercial projects across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable person to join our team in a varied casual role combining sales, administration, customer service and delivery scheduling.

Hours:

Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm.

No two days are quite the same. You’ll be helping customers over the phone and face-to-face, coordinating truck deliveries and keeping our office and farm operations running smoothly.

The role

Handling telephone sales, customer enquiries and incoming orders.

Assisting customers face-to-face with their turf selections and purchases.

Scheduling and coordinating truck deliveries using Monday.com.

Liaising with customers, drivers and the farm team to keep deliveries running smoothly.

Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records.

Assisting customers with loading turf into their vehicles when required.

Learning to operate farm forklifts, with training provided.

Helping with general office administration and other duties as needed.

What we’re looking for

Experience in sales, customer service, administration or logistics.

Experience with Xero is highly regarded.

The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt when plans change.

Turf industry knowledge is an advantage, but not essential. We're happy to train the right candidate who has a great attitude and is willing to learn.
