Job summary

Keyton is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team across Retirement Living villages in South Australia. Based at Townsend Park in Hove, you’ll work in a welcoming retirement living community just moments from the coast, with regular travel to Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

You will manage our dedicated database and communications, liaise with residents, support sales displays and prepare marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, sales, administration or event coordination in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong administrative background with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the database and communications, including mailouts.
• Liaise with incoming and outgoing residents.
• Support sales displays and ensure properties are presented well.
• Respond to customer sales enquiries; no cold calling as leads are generated.
• Collaborate with marketing and property teams.
• Assist with contracts and administration.
• Prepare marketing collateral, brochures and sales kits.
• Plan and support Community Connect events and resident engagement.
• Network with local community contacts to raise awareness.
• Represent Keyton at expos, events and community functions.
• Perform additional ad hoc admin tasks.
