Job summary

The successful candidate will have qualifications in Internal Audit and WHS/Training and Assessment, with experience in road projects, strong communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Internal Audit, Certificate IV Training & Assessment, or Certificate IV WHS.
• Experience maintaining quality, environment and WHS systems in road works.
• Ability to support stakeholders, contractors and partners to meet Transport NSW standards.
• Strong communication skills to manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve SEQ management systems and provide expert advice.
• Build relationships across branches and drive policy development.
• Coordinate system training programs and compliance plans.
• Develop and oversee audit programs and maintain certifications.
• Analyze system performance data and implement improvements.
