Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join a Queensland-based, privately owned commercial and industrial construction company. This hybrid role covers office and project sites, with safety leadership across a portfolio valued at around $50 million.

You will conduct weekly site visits, support project teams, oversee Safety Coordinators, manage safety reporting, and utilise HammerTech.

Qualifications

• Senior Safety Advisor or Safety Manager experience.
• Direct experience in commercial construction is essential; industrial experience highly regarded.
• Confident managing safety across multiple projects and engaging with project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction safety systems, compliance and risk management.
• Experience using HammerTech is advantageous.

Responsibilities
