Job summary

JRM Resources in Waroona, WA is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join our site operations across the Peel region and the Boddington site. This hands-on, full-time role supports crews, supervisors and management to drive a strong safety culture.

You will conduct inspections, lead toolbox talks, review TMPs, assist investigations and ensure WHS compliance. The role requires at least 5 years in safety roles in mining, civil or mobile plant environments and the ability to travel between

Qualifications

• Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Safety Advisor role within mining, civil or mobile plant environments.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation.
• Experience with Traffic Management Plans and traffic management requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to safety.

Responsibilities

JRM Resources is a proudly family-owned and operated business based in Waroona, Western Australia. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong local workforce delivering Civil, Mining and Forestry services across the Peel Region and surrounding areas.

JRM Resources is continuing to grow across our workshop and site operations, and we’re looking for experienced Safety Advisors to join our team.

This is a hands-on, full-time role that will see you working across our site operations supporting our crews and working closely with supervisors and management to drive a strong safety culture.

We currently have roles available in the local Peel region and on our site in Boddington.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
