Job summary

JRM Resources in Waroona, WA is seeking a full-time Associate to join our heavy diesel maintenance team working on civil and mining equipment.

You will perform maintenance, servicing and repairs on mobile plant, diagnose faults, and work safely on site or in the workshop. DIDO roster applies, with stable hours and competitive pay based on experience. This role offers opportunities across local mine sites and a supportive, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification.
• Experience maintaining and repairing mobile plant within civil or mining environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding ability.
• Breakdown and problem-solving experience.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and ability to pass medical and D&A.
