Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a well-established Southeast Queensland developer-builder focused on luxury residential construction on the Gold Coast. The role emphasizes site safety and construction excellence within premium developments.

You will conduct site inspections, collaborate with project teams, and implement SWMS and risk assessments to uphold high safety standards on complex high-rise projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential projects is desirable.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation, construction safety systems and risk management.
• Confident engaging with site teams and subcontractors.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to site safety.

Responsibilities
