Zusammenfassung

Hoban Recruitment is seeking an experienced APS6 Planner to join the Safeguarding Advisory Team within a Federal Government environment. Based in Geelong VIC, you will provide specialist safeguarding advice, risk assessments and interventions for complex participant matters, liaising with government agencies to protect at-risk individuals.

The role offers a 37.5 hour work week, ASAP start, and competitive pay with 12% superannuation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience assessing complex and sensitive information and identifying key risks.
• Ability to develop evidence-based safeguarding advice and recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills for reports, briefs and correspondence.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Sound judgement within legislative and policy frameworks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Assess complex and sensitive participant situations, identifying risks and recommending safeguarding actions.
• Develop evidence-based safeguarding advice for complex matters.
• Provide clear, concise written and verbal advice to stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions and guidance on safeguarding issues.
• Liaise with government agencies and service providers to support safeguarding outcomes.
• Manage urgent and short-term safeguarding interventions within a case management framework.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, guidance, frameworks and procedures.
• Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery.
