Job summary

Sardine is seeking a highly technical Integration Specialist to drive end-to-end on-boarding and integrations for our risk platform. You’ll own APIs, data mappings, and event-driven workflows, collaborating with customers and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation/integration roles.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-project delivery.
• Proficiency with SQL and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with API specs such as OpenAPI and scripting for internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during onboarding.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support documents.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions with deep system understanding.
• Manage implementation projects, timelines, risk, and deliverables.
• Understand customer business problems and provide Sardine-based solutions.
• Provide product feedback to internal teams.
