Job summary

AMCS is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-size customer projects. You will own scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk, collaborating with customers and the delivery team to ensure successful outcomes.

You will maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance, manage resources and financial reporting, and drive disciplined delivery while balancing risk and value for the customer and business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects, typically 6+ months in duration, with budgets exceeding $100K and teams of 5 or more.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior internal and customer audiences.
• Knowledge of project risk management, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Financial Management: maintain planned and actual project costs and track changes to maximise margin.
• Planning, Scope & Governance: create clear project plans, milestones, RAID log, and governance.
• Manage and negotiate scope on complex projects to optimise value while controlling change requests.
• Ensure roles and governance are understood by team and customer resources.
• Provide regular project status updates to customers and senior stakeholders.
