Job summary

Waratah Recruitment Partners seeks a Business Consultant to drive customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing SaaS delivery for enterprise software platforms. The role supports governance, information management, and cross-functional collaboration across Success, Product, Engineering and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SaaS delivery, governance experience, strong facilitation skills, and a track record of turning requirements into practical configurations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS implementation or onboarding experience.
• Experience with governance, records management or compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
• Exposure to integrations, metadata configuration, connectors, or enterprise software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding activities from project initiation through adoption.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define governance and operational frameworks.
• Configure and deploy platform capabilities, integrations, and connectors.
• Produce implementation documentation, progress updates, and delivery artefacts.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable business solutions and configuration recommendations.
• Support post-implementation enhancement projects and ongoing customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Provide guidance to customers on best-practice information management, governance, and compliance processes.
