Prepare consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow across domestic and international entities.
Provide monthly management accounts with detailed commentary on performance and profitability.
Track SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR/Churn) and ensure revenue recognition alignment.
Support post-acquisition integrations and implement automation tools.
