Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Finance Manager / Management Accountant to lead the finance function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will own month-end close, consolidation across international entities, and provide commercial insights to executives.

The role requires deep SaaS knowledge, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and the ability to drive process automation and internal controls. AU business hours alignment is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience including senior management accounting or financial controller responsibilities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, subscription-based technology, or recurring revenue software.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex financial modeling and senior stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and consolidated reporting.
• Lead transition of close/reporting activities from external advisers to internal finance.
• Audit and streamline close workflows to reduce month-end timelines.
• Prepare consolidated P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow across multiple entities.
