Job summary

Alffie is seeking a Relationship Development Manager in South Australia to grow existing partnerships and drive interstate expansion. You will work with Regional Managers, Business Managers, Site Managers and Employment Consultants to deliver practical education solutions that improve participant outcomes and provider performance.

You will manage an established portfolio while identifying new business opportunities across SA and an interstate patch.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B account management and relationship-building.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling.
• CRM experience and data-driven engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of Employment Service Providers in SA with interstate patch.
• Develop trusted relationships with Regional Managers, Business Managers, Site Managers and Employment Consultants.
• Conduct regular provider site visits, presentations and training sessions.
• Collaborate with Growth Team across Australia to identify opportunities.
• Deliver solution-focused conversations aligned to performance measures and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
