Job summary

Brothers Support Network in Albion, Queensland, is seeking a Relationships Manager (Recruitment & Growth) to lead recruitment, referral partnerships and participant intake within our disability support team.

You will work in the Growth team alongside Marketing, driving high-volume hiring, building trusted relationships with referrers and families, and ensuring compliant onboarding and smooth service starts.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills; confident on the phone and face to face.
• Ability to build rapport with families, participants and referrers.
• Proficient with CRM and pipeline tools; comfortable using AI to assist with admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Referral network: Build and maintain strong, genuine relationships with coordinators, plan managers, hospitals, allied health, schools and community groups.
• Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment from application to onboarding, screen applicants quickly, and keep high-volume hiring moving.
• Participant intake: Manage intake leads, conduct meet and greets, document service agreements and participant files clearly.
• Growth and leadership: Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to forecast staffing needs and participate in leadership updates.
