The role emphasizes business development, client relationship management and high-level technical oversight with limited hands-on work, contributing to the expansion of the organisation in the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in Building Services engineering.
• Chartered professional engineer status or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Adelaide Building Services team.
• Drive business development activities, identifying opportunities and expanding presence in South Australia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, architects and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop engineering teams, supporting technical excellence and business growth.
• Oversee the delivery of multidisciplinary Building Services projects across multiple sectors.
• Manage commercial performance, project opportunities and long-term client relationships.
• Represent the business at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities.
• Provide high-level technical oversight and engineering guidance as required.
• Collaborate with national leadership to support growth of the business.
