Job summary

Apollo, part of thl Australasia's leading RV rental and tourism company, invites a Customer Service Manager to lead our Guest Service team and daily operations across our branches in Australia.

You will drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences, mentor staff, manage branch administration, and ensure health and safety compliance, with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven Customer Service Manager experience in automotive or RV dealerships with a customer-first mindset.
• Solid financial acumen with a track record of meeting goals while keeping customers satisfied.
• Strong leadership, staff supervision and team development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Diploma or certificate in business, frontline management, or tourism (tertiary qualifications preferred).
• Valid open driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Guest Service team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Oversee daily branch administration, vehicle handling, and operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to boost profitability while maintaining service.
• Drive sales, hit branch targets, and expand market share.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager on growth initiatives benefiting customers and business.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Resolve customer challenges promptly and professionally to high standards.
