Job summary

Elders in Roma is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the branch's retail team, handle logistics, receive and dispatch stock, and apply your product knowledge and customer service skills to help clients grow their business.

You will build relationships with clients, source new opportunities to meet KPIs, manage stock and deliver a complete service.

• Experience in sales and strong retail skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to grow their business.
• Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
• Assist with storage, handling, and receiving stock while following safety standards.
