Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day retail sales and merchandise operations of the branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide high-quality customer service and proactive sales support.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive growth through client engagement.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships and product availability.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics and stock movement to support branch performance.
• Manage pricing, margins and commercial outcomes.
• Take accountability for inventory management and retail presentation.
• Collaborate with branch team and Elders network to deliver client outcomes.
