Job summary

Flinders University is seeking an Operational Support Officer to join the Operational Support team in Darwin. The role delivers high quality operational and administrative support to the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health, coordinating conferences, events and stakeholder visits while providing executive support to leadership staff.

Based at the Darwin Casuarina campus, you will help refine procedures and systems to ensure consistent service delivery and contribute to strategic goals through

Qualifications

Proven experience providing operational and administrative support.
Experience coordinating meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
Ability to develop and maintain operational procedures and templates.

Responsibilities

Providing operational and administrative support, including calendar management, coordination of meetings and conferences, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence.
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
Supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of operational procedures, processes and templates to support efficient service delivery.
Coordinating travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
